DDD Celebrates 10 Year Anniversary

Ten years ago, we had a dream that we could create better futures for youth in Cambodia. We believed that skilled work in an organization, combined with a university education, could change people's lives and bridge the digital divide between rich countries and poor countries.

Now, we celebrate the extraordinary results of a collaborative effort by people around the world to realize that vision. We've built a company with a reputation for providing high-quality content conversion services to publishers, libraries, businesses and other organizations around the globe. Our growing revenue has enabled us to employ nearly 1000 people today. Our social mission has enabled 500 graduates of our program to earn a university degree and pursue careers that offer a much better livelihood for their families.

The concept of creating jobs at the "base of the pyramid" through content process outsourcing started ten years ago, here in Phnom Penh. This innovation, now called "Impact Sourcing" has spread, by our efforts to Battambang, to Vientiane, Laos, and now to Nairobi, Kenya. And, through the work of friends and colleagues, Impact Sourcing is happening in dozens of locations around the world.

DDD staff and graduates, clients, donors, advisors and friends, have all played a part in getting us to this day. Your support and loyalty is deeply appreciated.

Sincerely,

Jeremy Hockenstein, CEO

Irving Levin, Chairman of the Board
