Our Staff
DDD's staff and graduates are not just skilled technicians - they are confident future leaders.
All of our offices are managed and operated locally. Our staff are recruited directly from our training program; after working and learning at DDD, most graduate on to high-paying work in other organizations. Some graduate internally, to become managers at DDD. Our staff are empowered to think creatively and take initiative, building confidence to change their lives for the better.
