Kathryn Lucatelli

Kathryn filled a number of roles with DDD since its founding: served in the early phases of the organization as the only foreigner with Khmer language skills, proposed and implemented a pilot project to train victims of trafficking for jobs with DDD and managed the change process as the organization grew from a staff of 20 to over 200. The hallmark of her work with DDD is characterized by her efforts to build a positive work environment among DDD's beneficiaries who come from a variety of disadvantaged situations to obtain a first job experience. She has her bachelor's degree in sociology and anthropology from Earlham College in Richmond, Indiana. In 2006 she attended the South East Asian Summer Study Institute for Khmer Language at the University of Madison. Kathryn currently resides in Chicago, Illinois and serves as Executive Director to Build Cambodia, a U.S. based not-for-profit organization dedicated to helping Cambodians build their lives and society and ensuring that this corner of the world is not forgotten. She travels to Cambodia frequently.

Scott Keller

A co-founder of Digital Divide Data and Follow Your Dream Camboida, Scott Keller is a Partner at McKinsey & Company where he advises top executives around the world in the areas of business strategy, organization effectiveness, and leadership, including numerous large-scale technology organizations. He is the author of numerous publications in the field of organization behavior and is also the founder and leader of McKinsey's "Parents of Special Needs Children' affinity group. Formerly a heavy metal guitarist, Scott has travelled the world extensively.

Vernon Naidoo

Vernon holds an engineering degree from the University of Toronto. He designs and develops client-server and web applications, relational databases and is an experienced "data-miner."

Shawn Fremeth

Shawn is a Social Worker based in Toronto, Canada with a BA degree from McGill University and Masters degrees in both Social Work and Counseling Psychology from the University of Toronto. He has experience working for the Red Cross in Botswana, Africa and has worked with Crossroads International, a Canadian-based international economic development non-profit.
