DDD provides job and educational opportunities to our staff that empower them for brighter futures.

Our social mission model is unique and effective. In a region afflicted by deep poverty and lacking skills and opportunity, DDD seeks to shape a new generation of leaders. Young people, born into disadvantage, come to us for training, work with us to grow professionally and personally while pursuing a degree, and then move on after three to four years to higher level positions and successful careers.

Donor support from individuals and institutions makes it possible for DDD to provide extensive training and educational scholarships to our staff. Our staff's stories speak to the DDD social mission best.
