Working at DDD: Employment & Education

With our model, staff can stay in school while earning a competitive salary.

Once at DDD, our staff work half the day and go to school for the rest of the day. Our operators learn while on the job, acquiring real experience on client work. Simultaneously, DDD offers support to enable them to pursue degrees at local universities.

At DDD, we are not just training competent technicians: we are developing leaders. Through ongoing capacity-building efforts and targeted local management training, our staff learns to take initiative and problem-solve creatively. Cultivating these skills builds each of our employees' confidence and activates their management potential. Our model includes three key areas of growth for our staff:

  • Career counseling and support services; resume writing and interview techniques

  • Education & Scholarship Program
  • DDD employees attend an educational institution in their local city during half of their day
  • Our HR team advises employees on appropriate programs and schools and assists with the enrollment process
  • Employees attend classes during the morning or afternoon, opposite their working shift at DDD
  • Ongoing English training is provided in our offices via online learning and live classes
