After DDD: Graduation & Career Growth

We achieve our social mission when our staff graduate to good jobs as emerging business leaders.

After a tenure of three to four years (on average) at DDD, most of our employees graduate on to positions elsewhere, or internally to management within DDD. In these job placements, they are phenomenally successful: the average DDD graduate goes on to make over $280 a month, more than six times the average regional wage.

But to us, the numbers tell only a small part of the story: the real success of our graduates is their ability to break the cycle of poverty that trapped them and their families. With high-paying jobs, these individuals can help support their families, allowing younger siblings to stay in school and raising their standard of living. Graduates from DDD go into the world as empowered and optimistic individuals--having grown up without opportunity on the horizon, they are now able to see a brighter world and take it by storm.
