Volunteer with DDD

Volunteers are a critical part of DDD's history and growth.

DDD has been lucky to host many talented professionals and students who come to our offices in Asia to help build our staff's capacity. Developing strong local leadership is a priority for DDD, and the mentorship and expertise shared by our volunteers is critical to our staff's personal and professional growth. We've found that this learning goes both ways -- DDD volunteers are often shaped by the experience as much as our employees are.

Our volunteers typically spend a minimum of six months working in Cambodia or Laos. They work in a variety of functions depending on their interest, experience and our current needs. Each fellowship is customized for the individual and focus area. We've hosted specialists in Human Resources, Project Management, Information Technology, Operations, Software Development, Finance, and Social Mission Programming.
