DDD continues to make its mark in the international development sector, ranking #25 in The Global Journal’s Top 100 NGOs for 2013, up three places from last year. Four hundred fifty organizations were invited to be evaluated on three key criteria: impact, innovation and sustainability. In its 2nd year, the Global Journal ranking reflects the increasing influence of NGOs (non-governmental organizations), shining a light on this dynamic sector that numbers close to 10 million organizations globally.
Digital Divide Data was recognized as an Incubator of Human Capital, based on our pioneering role in the Impact Sourcing sector that combines the mission of an NGO operation and the profitability and sustainability of a business enterprise.
