Notes from the Board Meeting, Phnom Penh

This year’s November board meeting took place in Phnom Penh. It was a delight to be back in Cambodia and see firsthand the growth of our Phnom Penh office.

The board took advantage of their time there to reconnect with the DDD staff. Management from each of our three offices made presentations on their progress, and we spent our time together discussing the opportunities and challenges we anticipate ahead. It’s always inspiring to see the initiative and pride our managers take in their work and particularly gratifying now, to know how far we’ve come. Our reception on the last night of the board meeting was well-attended, with many friends and graduates of DDD turning out to celebrate with us.

We are especially appreciative to the Leopard Group, for hosting our meeting, and our board members for the time and effort they invested in traveling to Asia.
