			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Digital Divide Data bridges the divide that separates young people from opportunity by providing disadvantaged youth in Cambodia and Laos with the education and training they need to deliver world-class, competitively priced IT services to global clients, acquire essential business management skills, and break the cycle of poverty.</p>
<p>DDD is now seeking qualified candidates to fill two positions below to be based in Battambang province:</p>
<p><strong>1.	Human Resources Manager</strong></p>
<p><strong> Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>•	Design, implement, and manage HR policies, processes, systems and initiatives.<br />
•	Work closely with all managers and other HR staff to continually analyze, prioritize and respond proactively to organizational needs and support the business growth.<br />
•	Manage a diverse range of HR functions including Recruitment, Learning &amp; Development, Remuneration, Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Industrial Relations and HR Administration.<br />
•	Manage and implement the social mission model to positively impact the society. This includes selecting disadvantaged people and training them to be Data Entry Operator, managing career counseling and job placement program, conducting basic skills training<br />
•	Lead process for needs identification for training initiatives, individual development, team development and coordinate the implementation<br />
•	Lead and develop the HR team to deliver optimum HR services.</p>
<p><strong>Essential Requirements:</strong></p>
<p>•	Bachelor Degree in HRM, Management, Education, or other related field.<br />
•	At least 5 years HR experience and one year management experience.<br />
•	Facilitation, training, employee relations, performance management and change management skills.<br />
•	Strong collaboration, influence, communication and project management skills.<br />
•	Strong business acumen and customer focus needed.<br />
•	Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet and email).</p>
<p><strong>2.	Senior HR Officer</strong></p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>•	Provide advice to staff of any HR policies such as code of conducts, disciplinary, grievance, regulations, hiring and firing procedures.<br />
•	Salary and compensation<br />
•	Involve in senior role recruitment, and take the lead of recruitment for none Head<br />
•	Coordinate orientation program for new comers include operators and senior staff, facilitate the orientation for HR and Social Mission section<br />
•	Coordinate performance appraisal exercise within the office, ensure the performance form completed with clear performance objective and performance rating<br />
•	Ensure performance result is entered onto HRIMS after the exercise</p>
<p><strong>Essential Requirements:<br />
</strong>•	Bachelor degree in HR Management or related fields<br />
•	At least 3 years experience in Human Resource Management at senior level<br />
•	Knowledge of Labor Law<br />
•	Very good at people skills, team work, positive thinking, analytical person,  and inter-personal skills</p>

<p>DDD is now seeking a qualified candidate for a full time position as English Training Specialist.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br />
</strong></p>
<p>1.	Develop and implement English curriculum, training materials, student monitoring and administration processes, and a training program for English teachers.</p>
<p>2.	Oversee recruitment and selection of local English teachers and ensure selected candidates meet skills and competency requirements and conduct training and capacity building to English teachers so that they effectively deliver the training.</p>
<p>3.	Advise local English teachers on the placement and training needs of students. Provide advice and guidance to teachers for improvement of curriculum design, training materials, student assessment and monitoring.</p>
<p>4.	Monitor and evaluation student performance, and provide advice on placement and training needs of students, and ensure that students are making progress towards their proficiency goals.</p>
<p>5.	Review and determine the suitability and adequacy of instructional materials in relation to present or anticipated need of the students and DDD business needs. Revise or develop instructional materials to ensure high quality and fulfillment of DDD business needs and job market opportunities.</p>
<p>6.	Produce monthly progress reports to senior management team on the progress and activities of English programs.</p>
<p><strong>Essential Requirements:</strong></p>
<p>1.	Masters degree in ESL, bilingual-bicultural education, linguistics, English, speech, foreign languages, education, or a related specialty area and three years experience in teaching ESL to adults is required.</p>
<p>2.	Candidate must be a native speaker or equivalent and be free of speech impediments.  (Fluent in English).</p>
<p>3.	Specialized knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques of English as a Second Language instruction.</p>
<p>4.	Knowledge of curriculum design, materials development, and e-learning programs and techniques.</p>
<p>5.	Knowledge of student assessment techniques and objectives to include test and measurement principles.</p>
<p>6.	Ability to analyze, evaluate, and accomplish special training studies and projects.</p>

<p>We are now seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position as Sales Manager. This position will be based in Phnom Penh and offers a base salary, commission and opportunities for advancement and training with our international team.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>•	Delivering on sales goals;<br />
•	Solidifying DDD’s market leadership in survey digitization services for major NGOs and bi-lateral donor agencies;<br />
•	Expanding our Document &#038; Records Management business with the telecomm, banking, import and government sectors;<br />
•	Recruiting, training and overseeing Sales Associates in Cambodia </p>
<p><strong>Essential Requirements:</strong></p>
<p>•	Five to ten years work experience in sales with a proven track record of success;<br />
•	Proficiency in written and spoken English;<br />
•	Bachelor degree in a related field;<br />
•	Track record of developing new service offerings through partnerships </p>
<p>Note: Cambodian and Laotian nationals are given preference. However, expatriates with work experience in South East Asia will also be considered. Qualified women and disabled people are encouraged to apply.</p>
