<p>* Oversees solutions projects through all phases including</p>

<p>- Implementation/Coding</p>
<p>- Integration</p>

<p><strong>Technical Skills  </strong></p>

<p><em>          &#8211; Programming</em>: MS, NET, PHP, Java, Java Scrip, JSP, J2ME, J2EE, Python, C/C++, MATLAB,<em></em></p>
<p><em>          &#8211; Data Base Management Systems</em>: MS SQL, Oracle, DB2, MYSQL, MS Access<em></em></p>
<p><em>          &#8211; Software/Tools</em>: Visial studio, version control with sub version or MS visual source safe or others. Issue tracking software with JIRA.<em></em></p>
<p><em>          &#8211; Other</em>: Ajax, NUnit, JUnit, Cruise Control, XML, CSS, Jasper Report, Dream Weaver, error logging, OCR, Digital Image Process, eBook and eBook conversion knowledge</p>
<p><strong>Desirable Skills and Abilities</strong></p>
<p>- Interest in travel and ability to adapt to other cultures</p>
<p>- Minimum 2 years experiences in supervisory position</p>
<p>- Project Management experience</p>
<p>- High level of fluency in English</p>
<p>- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is a plus</p>
<p>- PMP Certification is an advantage</p>

<p><strong>III. RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:</strong></p>
<p>- Deliver high-quality English instruction to students of varying levels (teaching hours should range from 15-25 hours per week)</p>
<p>- Customize existing lessons to meet specific student/group needs</p>
<p>- Light homework grading and feedback</p>
<p>- Develop additional activities/unstructured lesson/clubs/etc for students to participate</p>
<p>- Track progress, measure success, send weekly reports to regional supervisor</p>
<p>- Communicate with Social Mission department about student progress and effort, in the context of their career development</p>
<p>- Work in close contact with the online learning supervisor to ensure that the online and offline learning components are connected</p>
<p>- Assist online supervisor with technical issues</p>
<p>- Create and interpret extensive progress reports from the online component &#8211; Conduct surveys to collect student feedback; recommend program changes &#8211; Take part in DDD’s social mission activities</p>
<p>- Be open to additional skills training, such as staff tutoring, writing corrections, conversation practice</p>
<p><strong>IV.</strong> <strong> </strong><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>
<p>* Native or near-native English skills</p>
<p>* 1-2 years teaching experience preferred</p>
<p>* Teaching certification a plus</p>
<p>* Experience in foreign cultures and environments a major plus</p>
<p>* Caring, warm, hard-working, and passionate</p>
<p>*Excellent organization skills (student progress, records, scheduling, etc)</p>
<p>* Self-motivated &amp; responsible</p>
<p>* Solid computer skills</p>

<h2><span style="color: #003366;">DDD is seeking Digital Management Operators to work in a Business Process Outsourcing facility located at Paramount Plaza – Globe Cinema roundabout – Nairobi.</span></h2>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Operators will work 6 hours per day, 6 days a week.  The company believes that education is the path to a better career and more prosperous life; therefore after six months all employees are eligible for loans and bursaries for post-secondary education and training.<br />
<span style="text-decoration: underline;">Requirements</span>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Kenya citizen or legal authority to work in Kenya</li>
<li>Age 18-24 years</li>
<li>KCSE with minimum of C- in Maths or B- in English (school leaving certificate and result slip a must)</li>
<li>Typing speed: 30 words per minute</li>
<li>Proficiency in computer packages like Word, Excel and Google search</li>
</ul>
